We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we may provide them with anonymous aggregate information about our users. We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target. We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers' wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience.

We may use the information we receive about you from other sources (including without limitation Young Capital and Facebook) to find and suggest to you events that we think you will be interested in so that we can offer you the chance to win and/or buy tickets for those events, as well as other deals on the App and/or our Services Sites.

We may disclose some or all of the data we collect from you when you download or use the App. We may share such personal information with any member of our group (which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006) and with carefully selected third party service providers and other organisations who provide us with support services (including analytics and search engine providers) or that help market our services. We provide these third party service providers or organisations with such information as they may need to allow them to perform their functions.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions you carry out via the App will be with third party partners who will be responsible for encryption . Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password that enables you to access certain parts of the App or our Services Sites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the App or our Services Sites; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
We may collect and store personal data on your Device using application data caches and browser web storage (including HTML 5) and other technology.
Certain Services include social networking, chat room or forum features. Ensure when using these features that you do not submit any personal data that you do not want to be seen, collected or used by other users.
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data. Our Sites may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates (including, but not limited to, websites on which the App or the Services are advertised). If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites and any services that may be accessible through them have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies or for any personal data that may be collected through these websites or services, such as contact and location data. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites or use these services.
This statement is not applicable to third-party websites that are connected to the App or our Services Sites via links. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that these third parties will handle your personal data in a reliable and safe way. We recommend that you read these websites' privacy statements before using the sites.
Location data might also be collected and processed by third parties such as the providers of navigation or map software, but the data may also be used by other aggregators of data such as Google or Apple. We have no influence over this and because the App is available for download via a third party app store we also have no influence over what data of yours may be collected by that app store. We recommend that you read the relevant privacy and cookies policies where relevant.
The surveys that are available to to users in the App are optional. These surveys are made available by us on behalf of our commercial partners. By completing the surveys you can win different prizes from those partners. By completing a survey you give consent to us to share data about you with our partners. If you do not consent, you will not be able to complete the survey or have a chance of winning a prize.
If you are offered the chance to buy tickets or other goods or services after losing a game, it will be third parties making those offers and we will be acting as agent. Any agreement in those circumstances will be between you and a third party, and we will not be a party to it. If you share your data with such third party we will not be involved with their collection of your data and we will not be liable for any use or misuse by them of your data.
ACCESS TO INFORMATION
The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with that Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
